Orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and delivered Monday to Friday.
SSS HAIR ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post, CouriersPlease or Aramex. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
*Same-day dispatch is available for express orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays. Regular orders will be dispatched at the earliest possible time. You will receive tracking details via email once your items are on their way.
During busy periods, we and the couriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience.
Please note: All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. However, you can request the safe drop service or authority to leave by following the prompts in the email you will receive from the courier company or by contacting the courier directly with the tracking ID.

Need to cancel your order?
If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order for you within 1 business hour* of the order being placed but we cannot guarantee being able to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

Incorrect address/Need to change your shipping address?
If you have entered an incorrect address and need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your address within 1 business hour* of the order being placed: info@ssshair.com.au. Outside of the 1 business hour of the order being placed, please contact Australia Post. You can also change the address yourself via the Australia Post or Couriers Please website using your Tracking ID provided.

If the order is delivered to the wrong address and sent back to us, once the correct address is confirmed a postage fee of $10 will be incurred for sending out the order a second time. This must be paid before we resend the order.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be sent to you via email by Australia Post, CouriersPlease or Aramex. It may take 24-48 hours after placing your order to receive this email. Please check your email address for an email from Australia Post with tracking information. If you cannot find it in your inbox, it may be in your junk/spam folder, please check this before contacting us!
Shipments To Other Countries
Sydney Salon Supplies also delivers to New Zealand. Shipping flat rate to NZ is 25 AUD for all parcels less than 3KG. However, if parcels are heavier than 3KG, an extra fee will be requested before dispatching the parcels.
Please note shipping to universities is not accepted.

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $100
We offer free postage on all orders over $100 using Australia Post Regular Parcel. This method offers Tracking and normally takes 2 to 7 business days for items to be delivered. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
If you want a safer way to receive your product you may choose (for an extra charge) Parcel with Tracking and Signature (Registered Post).
If you choose the Express Postage option there will be an extra charge of up to $10. All parcels will be delivered between 1 to 2 business days in all Australian capitals cities (except Darwin and the country - 2 to 3 business days) after shipping. Orders placed before 2 pm will be posted the same day (Monday to Friday).
Orders with Tracking & Signature and Express Post receive a free product selected by the buyer and will be ensured if the parcel goes missing (except when the buyer changes delivery to "Safe Drop").
$8.00 shipping fee on all orders under $100.
Orders under $100 also have the oportunity to select Express Post, Tracking & Signature and Tracking for an extra cost (with bonus product).
