Incorrect address/Need to change your shipping address?
If you have entered an incorrect address and need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your address within 1 business hour* of the order being placed. Outside of the 1 business hour of the order being placed, please contact Australia Post. You can also change the address yourself via the Australia Post website using your Tracking ID provided.
*Within our hours of business. Monday - Friday: 11am - 1pm (LOCKDOWN HOURS).
If the order is delivered to the wrong address and sent back to us, once the correct address is confirmed a postage fee of $10 will be incurred for sending out the order a second time. This must be paid before we resend the order.
Your tracking information will be sent to you via email by Australia Post. It may take 24-48 hours after placing your order to receive this email. Please check your email address for an email from Australia Post with tracking information. If you cannot find it in your inbox, it may be in your junk/spam folder, please check this before contacting us!
Shipments To Other Countries
Sydney Salon Supplies also delivers to New Zealand. Shipping flat rate to NZ is 25 AUD for all parcels less than 3KG. However, if parcels are heavier than 3KG, an extra fee will be requested before dispatching the parcels.
Please note shipping to universities is not accepted.
