Conditions of Use

Thank you for visiting Clip And Trim. We want your shopping experience to be an enjoyable and positive one. By accessing our website, you expressly consent and agree to the following terms and conditions. So please take a moment to review the Conditions of Use listed below.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and correct any pricing errors contained on our website. While we fully honour all of our commitments, Clip And Trim shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors, and we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices.

 

ENTERING INTO THE AGREEMENT

The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the Order electronically. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. As the acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance of the Order, the Seller will confirm such acceptance to the Buyer by sending an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Order Confirmation”). The Buyer shall review the Order Confirmation for any non-compliance with the Order in terms of numbers, type of Product, price, etc. Any discrepancy between the Order and the Order Confirmation shall be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably possible via email: info@rawhair.com.au. Seller cannot be held liable for and is not bound by writing or typing errors occurring in the communication with the Buyer.

Seller reserves the right to cancel an Order or a part of an Order if the Product is out of stock. The seller also reserves the right to cancel orders if the situation warrants it. Seller will promptly notify the Buyer of the cancellation and offer a full refund for all monies paid for the cancelled Order. 

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and delivered Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Clip And Trim ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post, CouriersPlease or Aramex. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.

*Same-day dispatch is available for express orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays. Regular orders will be dispatched at the earliest possible time. You will receive tracking details via email once your items are on their way.

During busy periods, we and the couriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience 

Faulty Goods

If you think there is a fault with an item you received, please get in touch with us immediately for a replacement or refund. The cost of returning the item to us will be at your expense if the item is faulty 30 days after delivery. If you have received a product not working satisfactorily on first use, please get in touch with us.

Returns

Unopened Products

Changed your mind? That's fine. We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products, provided that we receive your return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note that we do not refund the extra postage fees of $10, $5 or $4 (if paid) with the return and that any free/gift with purchase products must also be returned. To return a product, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll advise the best address for you to send the products to.

2. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and return them to us.

3. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (less the extra postage if it was paid) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card, PayPal or bank account. Please allow up to 14 days from receiving the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned at our cost (a prepaid label will be emailed to the buyer), and a replacement will be sent to you. Most products are covered under a 12 or 24-month warranty, which covers manufacturing faults. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, Clip And Trim will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost of returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases, you will need to deal directly with the importer, in which case will provide you with all necessary contact details.

Opened Products

If you have purchased a part without our advice and it does not fit, you can return the item for an exchange. If the packaging has been opened, we charge a 20% restocking fee as the product will no longer be able to be sold as new. Please check with us before placing an order if unsure about the compatibility.

Incorrect Address

If we are provided with an address that is incorrect or incomplete, causing the order to be sent back to us, once the correct address is confirmed a postage fee of $10 will be incurred for sending out the order a second time. This will be provided in the way of a PayPal invoice and must be paid before we resend the order again.

Your Account and Registration

When you register, you are responsible for your password and account access and you are responsible for all actions that occur under your account and password. Any impersonations (i.e. false e-mail addresses or authority) will constitute a breach of these Conditions of Use.

Website License and Admission

A limited license granted by Clip And Trim allows for restricted access to our website for personal use. Therefore, without explicit written consent from us, modifications or downloading of content from our website is forbidden. Page caching is accepted. This restricted license does not include any collection or use of product descriptions, listings, or prices; any derivative use of our store, magazines or other content; any commercial use or resale of our store, magazine or other content. Restricted, non-exclusive and rescindable rights to create a link to our homepage are granted as long as the link does not portray Clip And Trim or any of our products in a derogatory, false or objectionable manner. You may not use our logo or product pictures as links without written consent. Any unauthorised use of our website nullifies the permission or limited license granted by us.

Transfer of Risk and Title

Once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase (responsibility) transfers to the shipping company.

Email, Comments and Other Communication

This section pertains to any information you share with us beyond information having to do with the secure order process and your purchase information. We love and encourage feedback, suggestions, comments and the sending of messages among our visitors and their friends as long as you guarantee that any feedback, suggestions, comments or other communication you submit is accurate, owned or controlled by you…and that it doesn’t conflict with these Conditions of Use. You also guarantee that you indemnify Clip And Trim and its partners from all claims resulting from the use by Clip And Trim of content or communications you’ve provided (i.e. reviews). Unless we explicitly express otherwise, when you submit content of any kind, you grant an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual and royalty-free right to modify, adapt, distribute, translate, reproduce and publish that content throughout the world via any type of media.

Content

We hope to quickly correct any textual, graphical or factual errors in our website content. No matter what the error is—from a misspelled word, missing or incorrectly matched photograph, please Contact Us, and we will fix it ASAP. We are 100% committed to you and the accuracy of our website; however, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions on our website or other content are current, reliable, complete or accurate. If a product you buy from us is not as described or as you perceived, your only course of action is a full refund within 14 days of purchase after you return the product in its complete and unused condition.

Stock

Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case, you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
